Responsibilities
- Safely operate aircraft in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company policies, ensuring passenger and crew safety at all times
- Lead and supervise flight crews, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth flight operations and adherence to safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with air traffic control, crew members, and ground staff to coordinate flight plans and respond promptly to any operational issues
- Manage time efficiently to meet schedules while maintaining rigorous safety standards
- Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections, review flight plans, and analyze weather conditions to optimize flight safety and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger needs professionally and courteously throughout the journey
- Maintain detailed records of flights, incidents, and compliance documentation in accordance with aviation regulations
- Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior pilots and fostering a collaborative team environment
Experience
1000 hours of flying is a minimum
Pay: $54,961.75 - $170,000.00 per year
