Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule flight training sessions, including aircraft assignments, instructor availability, and student needs.
- Communicate effectively with instructors, students, maintenance teams, and air traffic control to ensure all parties are informed of schedules and changes.
- Maintain accurate records of flight activities, including logs of training flights, aircraft usage, and instructor hours.
- Monitor adherence to Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company policies during all dispatch activities to promote safety and compliance.
- Assist with pre-flight planning by reviewing weather conditions, aircraft status reports, and operational requirements.
- Respond promptly to scheduling conflicts or delays, adjusting plans proactively to minimize disruptions.
- Support analysis of operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in flight scheduling.
