We are seeking an IPM TMS Support Specialist to provide hands-on support for Integrated Program Management (IPM) and Transportation Management System (TMS) applications. The role ensures system availability, performance, data integrity, and user satisfaction through information management, proactive maintenance, and agility for change and process optimization. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs between accounting and Project management teams, collaborating with logistics, procurement and finance.
- Opening and closing all PROs/Orders for IPMs
- opening, issuing, and maintaining RQ’s
- Updating and maintaining changes and alignment between the TMS and the Heavy Haul board
- Maintaining the daily hot sheet for daily meetings and distribution
- Assisting in data collection and reporting for both the Project team and accounting
- Participating in all required meetings, both internal and external
- Coordinating with customers on billing and invoicing protocols
- Daily Reporting to Internal PMs based on Open Loads/ENB reports
- Provide frontline to advanced support (L1/L2/L3) for IPM and TMS applications; handle incidents, service requests, and problem management.
- Coordinate and execute change requests, patches, releases, and deployments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, ERP, Integrations) to gather requirements, validate enhancements, and test solutions.
- Oversee integrations between IPM/TMS
- Generate reports
- Ensure data quality and integrity across IPM/TMS modules; implement data cleansing
- Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, transportation management workflows, and project/program management concepts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe.

Pay: $33.65 - $43.27 per hour
