Small, fast-paced supplier to Northrop Grumman seeking a Proposal Coordinator to manage high-volume RFQs and quote submissions.
MUST have direct experience selling to Northrop Grumman (or other prime defense contractors) and working within NG’s supplier portal system.
Responsibilities:
- Process 5+ RFQs daily
- Prepare pricing using historical data and margin guidelines
- Submit quotes through Northrop’s portal
- Track deadlines and maintain accurate records
Ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage heavy quoting volume independently.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
