Assistant Manager
Airline Spares America, Inc. (ASA) is seeking a full-time Assistant Manger to support the Sales and Operations Manager in overseeing daily business activities, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and personnel matters.
Founded in 1993, Airline Spares America, Inc. (ASA) is a worldwide distributor of aircraft parts and engine spares for Boeing, Airbus, and regional transports. Our inventory consists of thousands of line items including: engines, APUs, rotables, components, airframes, expendables, avionics, landing gears, wheels, brakes, and more.
ASA specializes in the management and sale of airline consignments. Job Description:
· Support the Sales and Operations Manager with day-to-day business activities
· Monitor workflow to ensure efficiency and productivity
· Help develop and implement process improvements
·Resolve operational issues and support problem-solving
· Act as a liaison between management and staff
· Help lead employee conversations in regards to performance
· Assist with support tasks for the sales team
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 2 years aviation aftermarket experience required
- Thorough knowledge of the latest technological trends as well as Microsoft Office
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Self- motivated
- Excellent writing, editing, and networking skills
- Exceptional communications skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
