Job Description
We are seeking a highly capable Account Manager / Flight Scheduler / Aviation Operations Coordinator to manage scheduling, logistics, and client coordination within a fast-paced aviation environment.
This role requires precision, urgency, and ownership, but it also offers a strong opportunity to develop advanced operational, logistics, and decision-making skills in a dynamic industry. Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Operations Coordination
- Manage and update flight schedules and trip details using internal systems
- Coordinate logistics across multiple moving parts including personnel, timing, and resources
- Ensure all scheduling data is accurate, current, and well-documented
Client & Communication Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication (phone and email)
- Provide timely updates, confirmations, and adjustments to scheduling requests
- Maintain a professional, solutions-oriented approach in all interactions
Logistics & Execution
- Coordinate travel arrangements and operational logistics as needed
- Align schedules across multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across all parties
Problem Solving & Operational Support
- Anticipate conflicts or disruptions and take proactive action
- Manage time-sensitive changes and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain composure and accuracy in high-pressure situations
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and summaries
- Track scheduling efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support leadership with accurate data and insights

- Proficiency in Excel and scheduling or tracking systems
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Education Requirements
