The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Compliance Administrator to support employee and regulatory compliance, regulatory training, and ongoing compliance initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring that operations meet all required training and certification standards in alignment with company policies and applicable regulations.
The ideal candidate has strong administrative skills, intermediate computer proficiency, and experience working with regulatory requirements such similar government required compliance frameworks.
- Coordinate and track completion of government-required training and certifications for operational staff
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready compliance records, including licenses, certifications, and regulatory documentation
- Monitor compliance deadlines and proactively follow up to ensure timely renewals and completions
- Support compliance programs aligned with government regulations (e.g., DOT or industry-specific regulatory bodies)
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews
- Generate regular compliance reports for leadership, highlighting risks, gaps, and completion status
- Ensure internal systems are updated with current compliance data and documentation
- Communicate regulatory requirements and training expectations clearly to staff and supervisors
- Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to support adherence to regulatory standards
- Identify and recommend improvements to compliance tracking and administrative processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in compliance, administration, or regulatory support roles
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) compliance tracking systems or Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to handle sensitive and regulated information with discretion
- Experience with TenStreet and Adobe Acrobot software is a nice to have
