C&L Aviation Services, a C&L Aviation Group company, has an opening for a Component Shop Administrator. This position supports a busy and fast-paced component shop environment and plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations.
We are seeking an individual who is proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), highly organized, and capable of multitasking, setting priorities, and meeting demanding deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
- Generating, tracking, quoting, and closing of work orders
- Using the company’s software system
- Corresponding with customers via telephone and e-mail
- Request and allocation of various parts for in-process work
- Assist the Production and Planning Manager with additional tasks as required
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Have the ability to multi-task in a high paced shop environment
- Must have excellent written and verbal skills
