Responsibilities
- Read and interpret aerospace drawings, aviation manuals, test procedures, and applicable standards in accordance with OEM specifications, aviation authorities, and repair station requirements
- Perform soldering, crimping, splicing, and shield termination to a high standard of quality
- Operate avionics test equipment with minimal supervision
- Complete laser marking of wires and assist with the assembly and repair of wire harnesses
- Test and troubleshoot electrical components, including switches, relays, diodes, and electromechanical devices
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant aviation or technical experience preferred
- Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification is preferred, but not required
- Prior inspection and/or military experience is considered an asset
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and productivity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and guidelines
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
