This is a full-time, entry-level position working with Airport Operations staff in maintaining the safety and security of the airport in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Part 139, and TSR 1542. Represents airport management in overseeing daily operations of the airport. Conducts airfield inspections, opens/closes airport movement areas as conditions warrant; issues Notices to Airmen (NOTAMs).
Must possess ability to obtain all required security clearances. Shift work, weekends, and overnights, to include some weekends and call-back. A Bachelor’s degree in aviation management or business or related field with relevant aviation experience and/or a pilot’s license or equivalent combination of education and experience.
