Envision Aviation is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Contract Vinyl Graphic Installer(s) to join our dynamic team. As a leader in the aviation industry, we specialize in high-quality vinyl graphics and vinyl paint-masking, and we're looking for a professional who shares our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install vinyl graphics and paint-masking on various aviation surfaces with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate effectively with a team to execute projects to the highest standards.
- Travel regularly across the USA to client sites, with appropriate notice. (2 weeks to 3 months ahead)
- Able to quickly schedule and communicate via text messages, phone calls, and emails for advance project planning
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
- Solve installation challenges efficiently and creatively.
- Communicate clearly with team members and work with team member so accomplish large projects.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of vinyl wrapping or paint-protection experience required.
- Ability to work very long hours when necessary to meet project deadlines.
- Proficient in cutting on painted surfaces without damaging the paint beneath.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take direction well.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
Additional Information:
- This is not a normal vinyl job. You must be humble and open to learning as we will train you in the intricacies and significant differences between standard installations and aviation graphics/paint-masking installations.
- The role offers excellent hourly pay with nearly all expenses covered, including travel, hotel, and food. Your main focus should be on being the most professional and skilled installer possible.
