Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing aircraft dispatching and schedule management. This position requires strong analytical skills, practical communication abilities, and a solid understanding of logistics. As a Dispatcher, you will utilize our schedule management system, working alongside our in-house maintenance team to properly schedule and dispatch aircraft.
Duties
- Coordinate and schedule aircraft.
- Monitor the maintenance schedule.
- Communicate effectively with flight instructors and students.
- Analyze data related to scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance dispatching processes and address any logistical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the dispatch process.
Experience
- Previous experience in dispatching or a related field within the supply chain or transportation industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting within our company SOP's.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.50 - $21.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
