Division 7 Roofing is looking for a skilled Drone Pilot who knows their way around the sky and the data behind it. If you’re Part 107 certified, fluent in photogrammetry, and love turning aerial images into actionable insights—this might be your next landing spot.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Flying drones to capture high-quality aerial imagery and video of commercial roofing projects
- Using photogrammetry software to create accurate 3D models, and measurements
- Supporting estimating, inspections, project planning, and documentation
- Safely planning and executing flights in compliance with FAA regulations
- Managing drone equipment, batteries, flight logs, and data organization
- Collaborating with our operations, sales, and project teams to deliver clear, usable visuals
What We’re Looking For
- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification (required—no exceptions)
- Proven experience with photogrammetry
- Strong understanding of drone flight planning, safety, and airspace regulations
- Comfortable working around active job sites and construction environments
- Detail-oriented with the ability to turn imagery into meaningful data
- Bonus points if you have roofing, construction, or inspection experience
Tech You’ll Likely Use
- DJI or similar commercial-grade drones
- Photogrammetry and mapping software
