Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our Aviation and Aerospace corporate office in Pembroke Pines, FL. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong track record in financial and back-office operations, excellent communication skills, proven management experience, and an interest in leveraging technology for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- General ledger management
- Invoicing and accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Banking relationships
- Account reconciliation
- Payroll administration
- Budget preparation and monitoring
- Monthly and year-end closing processes
This role reports directly to the CEO. As a key member of the leadership team, you will also contribute to shaping company strategy and goals related to finance, accounting, and capital planning.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3-5 years bookeeping experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution (Master’s degree, MBA, or directly related experience is a plus)
- Quickbooks, Peachtree
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus)
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident authorized to work in the United States

Pay: $46,800.00 - $66,500.00 per year
