Key Lime Air is a growing regional airline based at Centennial Airport in Englewood, CO with over 27 years in the aviation industry as a Part 121 and Part 135 air carrier. Its operations include cargo, private/VIP charters, and scheduled passenger service under the Denver Air Connection brand.
Location: 13252 E. Control Tower Rd, Englewood, CO 80102
Pay: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract top candidates by using various job boards, professional networks, and other tools to fill open positions in a timely manner.
- Build strong relationships with regional and station managers, department directors and candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate qualifications, conduct reference checks, and negotiate job offers.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Stay current on market trends and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for recruitment.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
