We are looking to hire a dedicated Security Administrator to join our team who will support our IT Department.
Job Summary
The Security Administrator is responsible for protecting the organization’s systems, networks, and data by implementing, monitoring, and maintaining security controls and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage security systems and alerts
- Administer user access, permissions, and identity controls
- Implement security policies, patches, and vulnerability remediation
- Investigate and respond to security incidents
- Support compliance and audit requirements
- Maintain security documentation and reports
Qualifications
- Experience in IT security, system administration, or related role
- Knowledge of security tools, access control, and endpoint protection
- Understanding of networking and cybersecurity best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Experience with SIEM, MFA, and vulnerability management tools
- Familiarity with cloud security (Azure, AWS)
- Security certifications (Security+, CISSP, CEH)
