Veterans Alliance is hiring experienced NDI/NDT Technicians (Level I, II, and III) to support inspection and quality operations in Torrance, California. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay and a fast hiring process.
This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in Magnetic Particle (MT) and Fluorescent Penetrant (PT) testing within aerospace or precision manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform nondestructive testing using Magnetic Particle (MT) and Fluorescent Penetrant (PT) methods
- Inspect machined, forged, and welded components for defects
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine inspection requirements
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
- Operate and maintain NDT equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Level-Based Responsibilities:
- Level I: Assist with inspections under supervision and support testing processes
- Level II: Perform inspections independently and interpret results
- Level III: Provide technical oversight, develop procedures, and lead certification/training efforts
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of NDT/NDI experience – REQUIRED
- Magnetic Particle (MT) and Fluorescent Penetrant (PT) experience – REQUIRED
- Certification in NDT methods (ASNT TC-1A or NAS-410 preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Aerospace or manufacturing experience preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Compensation & Details
- Pay: $23.00 – $45.00/hr (based on level and experience)
- Schedule: Full-Time
