Summary
We are seeking experienced (1A3X1) Airborne Mission System Operator Instructors (Boeing C-32A; C-40B/Gulf Stream C-37B) to join our team in support of 89th Airlift Wing Formal Training Unit (FTU). In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the next generation of aviators by delivering high-quality instruction and ensuring compliance with Aviation Regulations. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of providing exceptional service and value to our clients.
Pending Solicitation/ Future Opportunity
Positions: Boeing/Gulf Stream Communications System Operator/ Flight Attendant Instructor.
Communications System Operator Instructor: will be responsible for providing comprehensive training to flight attendants and CSO’s assigned to the Executive Airlift Formal Training Unit. The training sessions will cover a wide range of topics including but not limited to safety procedures, emergency protocols, customer service standards, and regulatory compliance. The Flight Attendant and Communications System Operator Instructor shall do the following for this effort:
Responsibilities
- These duties may include, but are not limited to the following.
- Instruct EA FTU students IAW current training guide and courseware.
- Oversees progress of all students and assist if necessary on helping students get proficient.
- Evaluates student performance.
- Assists students in deficiency corrections.
- Prepares and maintains files and records pertinent to the Executive Airlift Formal Training Unit (AF Form 1522’s, Shot Records, etc).
- Oversees all course material for the students and assist with the reviewing of all documents after each class.
- Responsible for administering tests.
- Requests power-on trainers as needed (outside of Operations Group requirements) with coordination with the Formal Training Unit leadership.
- Provides inputs to the FTU flying trainers (FFT) on recommended training focus.
- Maintains and adjusts training lessons plans, PowerPoints, quizzes and surveys in coordination with staff.
Qualifications
- US citizen
- Understand and be knowledgeable of the current Air Mobility Command, United States Air Force requirements, and 89th Airlift Wing processes for mission execution.
- Experience as a prior Boeing Flight Attendant Instructor/Communications System Operator Instructor and Gulf Stream Flight Attendant Instructor/Communications System Operator Instructor in the 89th Airlift Wing.
- Knowledge of the 89th Airlift Wing mission and how it conducts operations.
- Understand C32A/C37/A/B/C-40B technical publications, 89th Airlift Wing Operating Procedures and Air Force regulations.
- Understand C32A/C37/A/B/C-40B systems/security requirements.
- Have proficiency with computers, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office software.
- Present a professional appearance and wear badges identifying them as contractors.

Pay: $98,000.00 - $129,000.00 per year

- Commo System Operator Instructor in the 89th Airlift Wing: 5 years (Preferred)
- Boeing/Gulf Stream - C37/A/B/C-40B: 5 years (Preferred)
- Air Mobility Command: 5 years (Preferred)
