Responsibilities
- Hands-on leadership that fosters collaboration and builds a positive, unified culture across both our large-scale charter bus and boutique executive chauffeur operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team morale, communication, and trust.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety, service, and operational standards across a diverse fleet, including motor coaches, mini-buses, and executive black cars.
- Maintain the highest standards of "white-glove" service delivery for executive and chauffeur-driven clientele.
- Act as a liaison between corporate leadership and local operations to optimize compliance, execution, and safety goals.
- Work with management to develop and monitor budgets and KPIs for operational and financial success.
Requirements
- Proven leadership success in the Transportation and/or Logistics industries (experience in both Charter and Executive/Chauffeur services is a significant plus).
- Track record of interpersonal and communication skills as evidenced by success in building and leading effective teams.
- Knowledge of business operations, including budgeting, workforce management, and customer relations within a high-demand, 24/7 service environment.
- Demonstrated, proactive commitment to safety and customer service excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Transportation Management, or a related field preferred.
