Job Title: Lead Electrical Engineer
Client: Aerospace / Aviation / Defense Company
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Duration: Full-Time
Shift: 4/10 Work Schedule (4 Days/Week)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical design and development for military fuzing and ordnance systems
- Develop and refine system and product requirements
- Design analog, digital, power, and sensor interface circuits
- Perform component selection, simulations, and tolerance analysis
- Develop and execute test plans and qualification testing
- Troubleshoot electronic hardware and conduct root cause investigations
- Support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
- Interface with customers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Lead technical reviews and engineering activities
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and design review materials
- Manage multiple engineering projects and priorities simultaneously
