Senior Staff Accountant
Salary: $110K-$130K

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Staff Accountant:
- Support month-end close, including journal entries and financial reporting
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances
- Analyze shipments, bookings, and backlog reporting
- Conduct variance analysis and deliver actionable financial insights
- Assist with budgeting, audits, and internal controls
- Generate recurring and ad hoc financial reports
Qualifications for the Senior Staff Accountant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
