Senior Staff Accountant
Salary: $110K-$130K

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Staff Accountant:

Support month-end close, including journal entries and financial reporting
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances
Analyze shipments, bookings, and backlog reporting
Conduct variance analysis and deliver actionable financial insights
Assist with budgeting, audits, and internal controls
Generate recurring and ad hoc financial reports

Qualifications for the Senior Staff Accountant:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
7+ years of progressive accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
