Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Drone Pilot (FAA Part 107) role based in Naples, FL. The Drone Pilot will operate UAVs to perform exterior cleaning tasks on residential and commercial properties, including roofs, windows, and building facades. Daily responsibilities include conducting pre-flight inspections, planning safe flight paths, setting up cleaning equipment, and monitoring drone performance during operations. The role involves adhering to FAA regulations, company safety protocols, and local site requirements, as well as documenting flight logs and reporting any maintenance needs. The Drone Pilot will collaborate with team members, support training efforts, and communicate with site contacts to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Drone Piloting skills, including hands-on experience operating Drones and UAVs in real-world environments.
- Candidates should possess practical Piloting skills with an understanding of flight planning, navigation, and situational awareness.
- Candidates should possess Training capabilities to support onboarding, safety instruction, and skills development for team members.
- Valid FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate is required.
- Knowledge of FAA regulations, airspace rules, and safe operating practices for commercial drone work.
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to on-site setup, equipment handling, and outdoor work in varying conditions.
- Strong attention to detail, safety-focused mindset, and reliable time management skills.
- Previous experience in exterior cleaning, inspection, or related field is beneficial.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites in and around Naples, FL.
