Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle
- Ability to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines
- Function as primary management representative at project sites: including management of the construction process and all subcontractors
- Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
- Oversee and safety check project sites
- Daily meeting with Daytime Superintendent
- Discussions with Project Managers for night installations
- Nightly meetings with nighttime crew, onsite meetings to plan nightly activities
- Travel to and supervise multiple sites during the course of the Nightly Projects
- All Projects will be within Hartsfield Jackson Airport Concourses
- Material allocation at off-site warehouse
- Flexible Daytime and Nighttime Hours as Necessary
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Construction Project Management Experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of basic tools, their use, tool maintenance and construction safety
- Proficient knowledge of carpentry, and interior finishing
- Proficient knowledge of construction materials and uses
- Ability to lead others in the completion of a schedule, budget guidelines, and customer requirements
- Applicants must hold a Regular driving license
- Clean background and driving record
- Background check/MVR Check will be conducted.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
