This role supports customers in the aviation industry and works closely with our sales team to process orders and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and has a strong desire to learn and grow within aviation sales and customer support.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer phone calls professionally and courteously
- Place and process customer orders accurately
- Assist the sales team with order entry, updates, and support
- Protect customer trust by handling credit card information safely and responsibly
- Provide basic product and service information to customers
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
- Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations
Qualifications
- Basic computer and technology skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn aviation terminology and processes
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to work
- Prior customer service or sales support experience is a plus, but not required
- Prior aviation experience (FBO, MRO, aircraft parts, aviation supply, flight operations, or aerospace environment) is a plus but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
