A well-established and growing FAA Repair Station Aviation Company is seeking an experienced and energetic CSR that can play a supportive role within our different departments in a full-time position with opportunities of growth in the aviation industry.
- Must be able to effectively use the company operating system, Quantum experience a plus.
- Develop and grow relationships with customers.
- Generate business by responding to repair quotations for accurate pricing and delivery.
- Effectively execute CSR functions to respond in a timely manner to RFQs.
- Coordinate with management and operations to assure customer requests are met.
- Expedite workorder timelines, effectively communicate delivery schedules, and provide tracking information to the corresponding department(s).
- Be able to operate under the direction of management to fulfill daily duties
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of combined experience in customer service, preferably in aviation field.
- Ability to multi-task and work well with other departments.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Able to receive and carry out directions from the department manager.
- Strong organizational skills, able to maintain clean and organized work area.
- Data entry skills and computer proficiency with emphasis in MS Office suite
- Stable work history, high level of professionalism, and dependability/punctuality.
- HS Diploma or equivalent minimum (associate’s degree or higher preferred)
- Aviation experience is not required but is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
