We are seeking a Commercial Pilot or aviation training professional who wants to apply their operational expertise to improve how aviation concepts are taught and understood.

What You’ll Do
As an Aviation Content Advisor, you will:
- Review aviation training modules for operational accuracy and realism
- Ensure lessons reflect how concepts are actually applied in flight operations
- Identify missing, unclear, or underdeveloped subject areas
- Provide pilot-perspective insight during script and assessment review
- Contribute real-world examples that make training more relatable
- Support development of scenario-based and case study learning
You will collaborate with instructional designers and content developers to ensure training is technically sound, practical, and engaging.
This is not a flying role. It’s an opportunity to influence how aviation knowledge is delivered industry-wide.
Who We’re Looking For
Required
- Commercial Pilot (CFI strongly encouraged but not required) or equivalent aviation operational experience
- Strong understanding of real-world flight operations
- Ability to clearly explain aviation concepts
- Strong written communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in aviation training or instruction
- Background in curriculum development or instructional design
- Familiarity with Parts 91/125/135/145 operations
- Interest in improving aviation education and training quality
