- Use specialized tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical circuits and components for proper functionality.
- Diagnose electrical faults accurately by interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and system data.
- Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in compliance with aviation standards.
- Collaborate with flight crews and engineering teams to ensure all avionics systems meet safety and performance requirements before aircraft departure.
- Assist in installing new avionics equipment and upgrading existing systems to enhance aircraft capabilities.
- Follow strict safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to uphold the highest standards of aviation safety.
- Proven experience working with aircraft avionics systems or similar electronic systems in a maintenance environment.
