About the Role
The Aviation Program Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating aviation-focused programs across design, construction, and operational environments.
This role is heavily focused on program execution, stakeholder coordination, and project delivery. You’ll manage multiple moving pieces while ensuring timelines are met, communication stays clear, and projects move efficiently from planning through implementation and handover.

What You’ll Do
Program Management & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute aviation programs across airline and airport environments
- Develop and maintain schedules, workplans, and deliverables
- Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure milestones are met
- Identify and escalate risks to minimize project disruption
- Support budget tracking and resource coordination
Stakeholder & Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with airlines, airports, construction teams, and design partners
- Translate operational needs into actionable project plans
- Support implementation of new services, routes, and operational processes
- Review construction documents to ensure alignment with operational needs
Stakeholder Management
- Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and cross-functional discussions
- Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders
- Track decisions, action items, and follow-ups
Operational Readiness Support
- Support readiness efforts tied to operational changes and facility transitions
- Assist with trials, training sessions, and operational walkthroughs
- Ensure documentation and procedures are complete and aligned
- Support project closeout and handover deliverables
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify risks and support mitigation planning
- Maintain issue logs and ensure timely resolution
- Escalate critical issues as needed
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare reports, updates, and presentations for stakeholders
- Maintain organized project documentation and workflows
- Track KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Aviation, Business, Architecture, or related field (required)
- 2–6+ years of experience in project or construction management
- Experience in design coordination, construction, or large-scale project environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups
Nice to Have:
- Experience with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, or Autodesk
- Exposure to aviation or airport operations
- Experience supporting ORAT or operational readiness programs
- Understanding of airline operations (ground ops, passenger flow, etc.)
