Air Export & AOG Aerospace position available.
We are a Portuguese freight forwarder, working in Cargo Wise operation system, and you will be part of our growing team and handle your shipments from A-Z from answering email, Phone calls, quoting, pick-up, delivery, AES filing, you will work in a high phase environment with a lot of moving parts get shipments ready for, and customer service, we handle shipments all over USA, not only Miami, so it is a very dynamic and interesting job we have to offer, with a lot of potential to grow with JTM Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise shipments on a daily basis, including follow-up, AES filing.
- Ensure compliance with TSA, and other U.S. regulatory agencies.
- Resolve issues related to Air lines, truckers, suppliers, and customers.
- Facilitate accurate paperwork, and accurate updates from AOG and Aircraft Engines.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure procedure and SOP was followed
- Collaborate with warehouse operations to coordinate seamless shipment handling.
- Maintain strong relationships with agents, customers and team.
- Maintain complete and accurate records for audits and compliance reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Air Export department in freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. export regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and with clients.
- Proficiency in English (Spanish will be a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
