Hop-A-Jet Worldwide Jet Charter, a premier private aviation company with over 50 Years of excellence, is seeking a Charter Sales & Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a driven aviation professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with high-net-worth clients, and can seamlessly bridge sales performance with operational execution.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and motivated to build long-term relationships while supporting day-to-day flight operations.
Key Responsibilities
Charter Sales & Client Relations
- Drive charter revenue and maximize fleet utilization
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with charter clients
- Prepare accurate, competitive charter quotes and proposals
- Negotiate pricing while maintaining service excellence
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client needs and trip execution
Flight Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate and manage flights from booking through completion
- Generate trip itineraries and ensure operational accuracy
- Dispatch aircraft and monitor trip progress (flight following)
- Coordinate with crew, FBOs, and relevant authorities
- Track fleet movements, availability, and scheduling logistics
Administrative & Operational Support
- Organize trip-related expenses and documentation
- Maintain communication with clients and crew members
- Monitor Part 135 fleet activity including aircraft location, crew, and weather
- Support operational projects and continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of aviation experience (charter sales and/or operations preferred)
- Strong understanding of charter sales dynamics and flight operations
- Proficiency in:
- Flight Operations Systems (FOS)
- Avinode
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- DocuSign (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Multitask in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment
- Solve problems proactively with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail
- Communicate professionally with high-end clientele
- Negotiate effectively while preserving client relationships
Work Environment & Expectations
- Full-time, in-office position (Fort Lauderdale, FL)
- Rotational on-call schedule (including some nights/weekends)
