Veterans Alliance is hiring experienced A&P Mechanics to support business and corporate jet maintenance operations in Melbourne, Florida. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay and long-term career stability.

Responsibilities
- Perform heavy maintenance, inspections, and repairs on business and corporate aircraft
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft systems and components
- Troubleshoot mechanical discrepancies and perform corrective actions
- Remove, repair, and replace aircraft components as required
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation
- Ensure all work meets FAA, safety, and quality standards
- Accurately document maintenance actions
Qualifications
- Active A&P License – REQUIRED
- Minimum 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience – REQUIRED
- Experience in business/corporate jet environments – REQUIRED
- Strong background in heavy maintenance – REQUIRED
- Falcon aircraft experience – REQUIRED for Level 3 candidates
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Compensation & Details
- Pay: $35.00 – $45.00/hr (based on experience)
