We are seeking an experienced, driven, and organized Parts Manager to oversee inventory operations, supplier relationships, procurement, and parts sales supporting our growing multi-site operation. This is an opportunity to perform a key role within a fast-paced aviation support environment where uptime, responsiveness, and customer service matter.

What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day parts and inventory operations across multiple locations
- Maintain accurate inventory levels using forecasting and usage trends
- Source and procure parts, components, and consumables for GSE repairs and maintenance
- Support technicians and operations teams to ensure timely parts availability
- Manage vendor relationships, pricing, warranties, returns, and core exchanges
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain inventory accuracy
- Process purchase orders, shipments, invoices, and inventory documentation
- Drive parts sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
- Maintain inventory records and parts data within inventory management systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, accounting, and leadership teams
- Travel periodically to company locations as needed

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree and/or technical certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in parts or inventory management, preferably in GSE, aviation, heavy equipment, or equivalent industries.
- Strong understanding of inventory systems and supply chain operations
- Working knowledge of mechanical components and equipment parts
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and inventory software
