What You'll Do
- Lead a crew of 2–3 detailing technicians on daily service jobs
- Perform high-quality aircraft exterior and interior detailing: washing, waxing, polishing, interior cleaning, and paint protection
- Inspect completed work and maintain RealClean quality standards before job sign-off
- Communicate professionally with aircraft owners, FBO staff, and flight departments
- Manage daily job scheduling using ServiceMinder software (training provided)
- Safely operate a company vehicle (RAM ProMaster or Ford Transit van) to and from job sites on the ramp
- Maintain inventory of supplies and report restocking needs to management
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with airport safety rules and ramp access protocols
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of professional detailing experience — automotive detailing is fully acceptable
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
- Experience leading or supervising a small team is a strong plus
- Aviation / aircraft detailing experience is a plus, but NOT required — we will train the right candidate
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and professional you'll represent RealClean directly to clients
- Comfortable working outdoors on airport ramps in varying weather conditions
- Ability to pass a background check for airport access badge (required)
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
