What You'll Do

Lead a crew of 2–3 detailing technicians on daily service jobs
Perform high-quality aircraft exterior and interior detailing: washing, waxing, polishing, interior cleaning, and paint protection
Inspect completed work and maintain RealClean quality standards before job sign-off
Communicate professionally with aircraft owners, FBO staff, and flight departments
Manage daily job scheduling using ServiceMinder software (training provided)
Safely operate a company vehicle (RAM ProMaster or Ford Transit van) to and from job sites on the ramp
Maintain inventory of supplies and report restocking needs to management
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with airport safety rules and ramp access protocols

What We're Looking For

2+ years of professional detailing experience — automotive detailing is fully acceptable
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
Experience leading or supervising a small team is a strong plus
Aviation / aircraft detailing experience is a plus, but NOT required — we will train the right candidate
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable, punctual, and professional you'll represent RealClean directly to clients
Comfortable working outdoors on airport ramps in varying weather conditions
Ability to pass a background check for airport access badge (required)

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
