IFL Group is seeking a couple highly motivated Flight Followers to add depth to the Operations team.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 year of airline operations experience as a: Crew Scheduler, Flight Follower, Air Charter Sales, or Dispatcher preferred; Industry Logistics experience also fulfils the experience requirement.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task using all company software.
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Good time management skills; ability to meet deadlines, multitask and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have ability to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong customer service focus and great team player.
- High school diploma required.
- College degree (Not Required).
Essential Functions
The Flight Follower performs the following essential functions:
- Ensures Crew members assigned to all flights are both current and qualified and meet all Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to the operation.
- Tracks and monitors all flights throughout assigned shift to ensure flight and duty time limitations are not exceeded.
- Interface with other departments to adequately plan and coordinate assignments for crew members for all flights.
- Aircraft quoting and customer interface on the weekends.
- Additional duties may be assigned based on departmental need.
