Title: Accounting Specialist
Purpose: This position is responsible for assistance in the daily accounting duties pertaining to aircraft management, charter and aircraft sales. This position is a Full-Time Hourly Exempt Position.
Work Hours: Estimated to be 40 hours a week. These hours will be arranged; however, they are subject to change due to work load.

Account Supervisor
Subordinates: N/A
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining customer Excel account statements
- Coding and Entering invoices into QuickBooks for Accounts Payables
- Processing Accounts Payables weekly and matching to invoices
- Filing
- Answering Phones
- Coping documents as needed
- Reconciling credit card statements
- Invoicing Customers
- Preparing Charter Trip Profit and Loss Statements
- Updating and graphing Charter Performance
- Mail Distribution
- Process Credit Cards
Other Duties:
- As assigned by Axis Jet management
Working Conditions:
Employee may be exposed to intermittent noise and vibration factors
- Work hazards may include high stress level of job
