Job Title: Dispatcher Reservationist – Remote
About the Role:
We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dispatcher Reservationist to manage our transportation logistics, ensuring seamless coordination between our drivers, riders, and operational needs. You'll be the critical link, transforming incoming requests into efficient schedules and providing real-time support to keep our services running smoothly and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
· Receive and prioritize calls/requests from passengers and drivers.
· Schedule and dispatch drivers, optimizing routes for efficiency and timeliness.
· Act as a troubleshooter for driver issues, service interruptions, and passenger needs.
· Communicate clearly with field units (drivers) via phone, or messaging.
· Monitor vehicle locations and updates using GPS and scheduling software.
· Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports of calls, dispatches, and operational data.
· Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and customer service standards.
What You Bring:
· MUST HAVE Proven experience in dispatch, logistics, or a similar coordinating role.
· Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Ability to make independent decisions under pressure.
· MUST HAVE experience with LimoAnywhere,
Familiarity with Geo Tab, SLACK, Front , GPS, and mapping tools.

· Mon - 10 am to 7 pm
· Tues - 9am - 6pm
· Wed - 7 am - 4 pm
· Sat & Sun - 6am -3 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
