We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee pavement marking and traffic control projects in Southeast Houston. This role is responsible for coordinating field crews, tracking daily production quantities, ensuring accurate reporting, and working with municipalities, inspectors, and state agencies to keep projects running smoothly and payments processed correctly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review daily field reports including labor hours, materials used, and striping quantities
- Track production quantities such as linear footage of pavement markings
- Enter job quantities into internal systems for invoicing and pay estimate tracking
- Monitor monthly pay estimates and identify discrepancies or short payments
- Work directly with inspectors to resolve missing quantities or adjustments
- Coordinate and schedule field crews for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Conduct occasional job site visits to monitor progress and work quality
- Support estimating efforts with quantity takeoffs and bid preparation
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in construction project management or civil infrastructure
- Highway, roadway, striping, or traffic control experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency with Excel or similar tracking systems
- Ability to communicate with field crews, inspectors, and project stakeholders
- Valid Texas driver’s license
- Willingness to travel periodically throughout Texas

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
