Michigan Aviation is a full service FBO (Fixed Base Operator) located at the Oakland County International Airport.
We are currently seeking candidates to join our Aviation Ground Support team for a full time position.
The ideal candidate is someone with the ability to multi-task, is organized and efficient and focuses on customer service while bringing a positive attitude to the team.
Is able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Prior experience is not necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Pass pre-employment and random drug tests.
- Obtain company provided NATA Safety 1st training Certificate.
- Possess competent computer and math skills.
- Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform aircraft towing, fueling, marshaling, and other tasks as they relate to day to day operations for hangar tenants, Corporate charters, maintenance and avionics departments.
- Observe all safety and security guidelines.
- Perform quality control checks on the fuel farm and fuel trucks as assigned.
- Maintain a clean facility by performing general housekeeping, grounds keeping, and snow removal.
- Equipment and building maintenance, as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
