IFL Group is a growing company located at the Oakland County International Airport, and Hiring for a full-time Aircraft Mechanic to join our team! All Shifts!!
This position consists of a variety of airport duties and tasks relative to assigned areas of responsibilities. All employees must pride themselves on professionalism, be outgoing, personable, and able to work effectively as a team-player.
Duties:
· General aircraft maintenance, inspections, repairs, etc.
· Boeing 727 , ATR and CRJ experience is a plus
· Ability to lift 45 pounds or more
· Willing to work varied hours, including weekends, holidays and overtime as needed in all-weather environments
· Insure compliance with all FAA, Federal, State, local safety policies and procedures
· Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· A&P license required
· At least 3 years industry experience is desired
· Be available to work weekends, holidays if required
· Be available to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift
· Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
· Pass all background, security check and drug test
· Ability to multitask; and have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Hourly: $25-$30 without an A&P, $30-$35 with an A&P.
