Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for multiple locations nationwide
- Manage the full recruitment cycle using the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for operational and administrative roles
- Partner closely with Operations and Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and staffing priorities
Travel Recruiting & Field Support
- Travel nationwide to support recruiting launches, staffing surges, and new site openings
- Conduct on-site interviews, hiring events, and job fairs
- Distribute recruitment materials and build local candidate pipelines
- Support onboarding and orientation processes when required
Training & Employee Engagement
- Assist in delivering onboarding and training sessions for new hires
- Support employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive work culture
- Provide guidance on recruiting best practices and hiring processes
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
- Sales mindset with the ability to attract and close candidates
- Strong organizational and relationship-management skills
- Experience using ATS platforms (Taleo or similar) preferred
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel nationwide frequently
- Travel may include short-term trips or extended assignments, depending on operational needs
- Flexibility to travel on short notice and adapt to changing schedules
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 annually
Travel expenses covered when traveling for assignments
