Eco-Friendly Cleaning Specialist, LLC is hiring dependable Janitorial Team Members for our new contract at the Wildland Fire Training & Conference Center (WFTC) in McClellan, CA, including the WFTC/Admin building and dormitory buildings.
Primary Duties (based on contract scope):
- General cleaning of offices/common areas: trash removal, vacuuming, sweeping/mopping, and wipe-downs
- Restroom and shower cleaning/disinfection (fixtures, mirrors, floors)
- Breakroom/kitchenette cleaning: tables/counters, sinks, microwaves (inside/out)
- Detail/high-touch cleaning: fingerprints/smudges on doors, light switches, entry glass
- Periodic services as scheduled: interior windows/blinds, carpet cleaning, and floor care in designated areas
- Dormitory Cleaning (Required): Clean dorm buildings/rooms monthly and as needed when rooms are vacated/unoccupied, including trash removal, restroom cleaning/disinfection, vacuuming, and sweeping/mopping of linoleum areas.
Work Schedule:
- Services are typically performed after hours (evenings/nights) Monday–Friday.
Minimum Requirements (Must Have):
- REAL ID Driver’s License or REAL ID Identification Card
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
